Aid Staffing is not yet a registered NDIS provider. Whether we can provide a support depends on how your plan is managed and whether that support requires a registered provider. We will explain the position clearly and confirm the funding arrangement before anything is agreed.

Yes. A family member, support coordinator or other referrer can send a referral after the person, or their authorised decision maker, has agreed. Aid Staffing sends or queues a collection notice so the referred person knows what information was provided and why.

Household tasks support can include agreed practical help that makes it easier to maintain a safe and comfortable home. What is included depends on the person's goals, support arrangements and the service Aid Staffing confirms it can provide.

Community participation support helps a person take part in social, civic or community activities that matter to them. The person chooses the goals and activities, and the support is planned around access, safety, preferences and available capacity.
