What disability support work can involve
The work is practical and person-led. Depending on a participant's plan, preferences and assessed needs, a shift may include personal care, daily routines, household tasks, life-skills development or support to take part in community activities.
Workers must follow the participant's support plan, protect privacy, record work accurately and raise safety concerns promptly. It is not informal care and it is not a role where one person decides what is best for another.

Aid Staffing works across Officer, the City of Casey and Cardinia Shire. The location for any work is confirmed before a worker accepts it.
